Leticia Roybal-Almanza is a native El Pasoan.   Leticia currently serves as the Region Manager for the El Paso, Midland and San Angelo Field Offices.  She brings more than 21 years of Workers’ Compensation experience and has worked for the Division of Workers’ Compensation since 1995.  This includes the Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission and currently the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation (TDI-DWC). Leticia enjoys spending time with her husband, their Labrador, and family.
