About the Program:

Dare to Lead™ Workshop Series

11:15 am to 1:00 pm

Who are the future leaders going to be?

Are you looking for a way to create a culture at work that finds new ways to conduct business as usual? The old management style is fading out and new leadership skills are needed to shift into the future of your business.

Based on Dr. Brene’ Brown’s research, the Dare to Lead™ workshop series provides direction and transformative training. Through a skills-based and actionable workbook, you and your team will learn that there are four skill sets that are needed for all leaders. These skills are 100% observable, teachable and measurable.

Examples of these attributes are:

o   Conquering tough conversations without  blame

o   Productive problem solving & feedback

o   Trusting ourselves & our teams

o   Empowering one another

Utilizing emotional intelligence in the workplace builds a culture where individuals are proud to work. Let’s build and create an atmosphere of respect and authenticity.
