Talking to employees about sexual harassment can be difficult, but in the wake of the #metoo and #timesup movements, we have employees not only asking, but demanding that companies and HR departments do more. Nikki Larchar and Tina Todd, the co-founders of Define the Line, have created a revolutionary approach to training employees by using a comic book format and interactive activities to spark real change in organizations. Participants will walk away from this presentation with a better understanding of how harassment affects their teams, how to facilitate interactive activities with their employees, and every participant will walk away with their own copy of the Define the Line comic book. Tina Todd, PHR, SHRM-CP, and Nikki Larchar, SHRM-CP, are trainers, speakers, authors, and co-founders of Define the Line. Tina and Nikki love working with organizations who want to end workplace harassment and spark real change. As trainers and speakers, the Define the Line duo has helped individuals and teams understand what it means to speak up and define the line for themselves and others. Their work has been featured nationally with media outlets such as NPR, SHRM, HR Dive, and HR Bartender. Nikki and Tina are the authors of the first of it's kind, comic book sexual harassment training, Define the Line and are the co-founders of HR consulting firm, simplyHR.
