About the Presentation:

With workplace operations being disrupted by COVID-19 and shelter in place orders, employees have been under increasing stress. Learn the signs of employee stress and helping them cope with the challenges. During these times employees have stress related to their health, their family, child care, financial stress, and emotional concerns. This presentation will help you in easing your employee concerns and encouraging a happy workplace. 


About the Speaker:

Celeste Nevarez, LPC 

Celeste Nevarez is a native El Pasoan and a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. She is currently the Chief of Clinical Services at Emergence Health Network. In 2008, she graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She continued her education at Arizona State University and in 2010, earned a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the State of Texas, Celeste has developed an expertise in adolescent issues, the impact of trauma, and empowering women. Celeste utilizes an array of modalities to serve her clients, including CBT, EMDR, TF-CBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
